Welcome to the Magic

Hello, and welcome to Magical Mouse Tales! My name is MacKenzie and I will be your host each week. I love to talk to ANYONE about Disney, especially people who have just visited the parks. The parks are changing daily, so I love to get their perspective on crowd levels, Genie and Genie+, where they stayed, what they would pack again, or not pack again, and of course my favorite...FOOD!

I am traveling to Disney in November 2022 with my husband and three young boys, who are all first-timers! I have never planned a Disney trip with kids and I have so many questions! I want to make this vacation as magical as possible without making it feel overplanned and stressful...though balance, I know! I have listed to all of the planning podcasts, joined all of the Facebook groups, and signed up for all of the insider emails, and I still feel like a complete noob. My favorite way to consume information is through podcasts. I have so many questions and I know there are many like me who are feeling the Disney planning overwhelm. That is where the idea for this podcast came from! I want to have real conversations and learn the good, the bad, and the ugly, to hopefully help take some of the stress out of planning, all while creating a magical vacation for me and my family.

Whether you are planning your first trip or you're a season pass holder who gets to go all the time, I think there will be a little something for everyone. I hope to speak to people from all over the Disney vacation spectrum: first-timers, seasoned vets, solo travelers, Disney Vacation Club members, travel agents, people who have planned the perfect budget-friendly vacations, those who have splurged and spared no expense, and everyone in between!
